The South Dakota State University - Department of Natural Resource Management will host a celebration highlighting the importance of rangelands in the Northern Great Plains. The event will include opening remarks from SDSU President Barry Dunn, presentations from faculty and graduate students on how working rangelands support livestock production, wildlife habitat, healthy soils, and rural economies globally and in our region. A coffee social will begin at 9:00 AM, followed by presentations (10:00 AM–12:00 PM) and lunch at McCrory Gardens.
