The IPROMO Summer School 2026 “Mountain rangelands and pastoralists: knowledge, climate resilience and biodiversity preservation” will be offered in Ormea, Italy on 13–23 July 2026 by the Mountain Partnership Secretariat at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the University of Turin, the National Research Council - Research Institute for Hydrogeological Prevention and Protection (CNR-IRPI), and the city of Ormea, with the high patronage of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The theme of this annual training programme is a contribution to the United Nations International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists (IYRP) 2026.
