IYRP at Children's Animal Day in Lindlar, Germany

The League for Pastoral Peoples (LPP) set up an IYRP booth at the Children's Animal Day in the Lindlar Open-Air Museum in Germany. The booth was visited by about 800 people - 200 children with their parents and/or grandparents. In addition to the exhibit of posters with photos and text about pastoralism worldwide (see attachment, in German), there was a children's quiz: the child threw a small beanbag onto a board covered with photos and had to answer one (or more) questions written on the back of the photo. Correct answers were rewarded with a small prize. In conversations with the adults, the theme of the IYRP was raised. Through the quiz and the accompanying explanations, they also learnt something about the topic.
